Scholarcy Refund Policy
This policy covers the Subscription services currently offered by Scholarcy Limited and the circumstances in which we will offer a refund.
Scholarcy Library
During the period of your free trial, we send two reminder emails to your registered email address confirming the date that your free trial will convert into a paid subscription. You may cancel your free trial at any time before this date by selecting “Manage Subscription” in your Account subscription page at https://library.scholarcy.com/subscription. If you do not cancel your free trial, your card will be charged each period for the Subscription plan chosen.
All Subscriptions will automatically renew for successive periods of the same duration unless terminated by either Party. You may cancel your Subscription at any time by selecting “Manage Subscription” in your Account subscription page at https://library.scholarcy.com/subscription. On cancellation your Subscription shall remain active until the end of the current renewal period. No amount received in advance by Scholarcy for the Subscription will be refunded.
Given the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds on subscription fees unless legally required. Your lack of use or the temporary discontinuance of the Service during the duration of any period of your Subscription shall not qualify for a refund or any compensation. Scholarcy will provide no refunds or credits for partial periods of Service or for periods where the Service is unused.

Scholarcy API
No Subscription amount is fully or partially refundable save where we are obliged to terminate the Service for any reason which does not relate to any act or omission on your part. Your lack of use or the temporary discontinuance of the Service at any time during the duration of your Subscription shall not qualify for a refund or any compensation. Scholarcy will provide no refunds or credits for partial months of Service or for days or months where the Service is unused.
If we should be obliged to suspend or terminate the Service for any reason which does not relate to any act or omission on your part we shall refund a pro rata amount in respect of any Fee you have paid for the unexpired part of the Subscription Term.
