What if my card has been charged during my trial period?
When you sign up for a Scholarcy subscription, our payment provider Stripe needs to verify that your card is valid. To do this, sometimes it will issue and then automatically reverse either a £0 or £1 (or equivalent in your local currency) authorisation to verify that the card is valid and able to be charged. This authorisation will be reversed within a day or two, and should drop off your statement shortly.
