What if I can’t access my account?
Did you receive your verification email? It is also possible that it may have gone into your Spam, Junk or Promotions folder instead. If you haven’t received the email after 30 minutes, please check the following.
- The email address that you registered with is the same as the email account that you are currently checking
- You did not mistype your email address when registering your account.
Alternatively, if you have already registered your account and received the verification email, you may need to reset your password. To reset your password, click the Forgot password link on the main login page at Scholarcy. Then enter your registered email address and click the Reset password button. You can also use this to create a new password for accounts that you previously registered via Google.
